Seaspan orders two new container vessels

Shipowner Seaspan is undertaking yet another expansion of its fleet with an order for two new 12,000 teu container vessels.

The world's largest owner of container vessels, Seaspan, has once again added more vessels to its fleet.

The company has struck a deal for two new 12,000 teu container vessels that will be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2022, announces Seaspan's parent company, Atlas Corp, in a press release.
