The sun gleamed almost symbolically in the port waters, as Søren Skou, satisfied and optimistic, presented the details of Maersk's most recent quarterly report at the iconic headquarter in Copenhagen.

As the CEO of the world's largest container carrier, which has gone headfirst into the logistics sector, it is impossible not to enjoy the upturn in an industry where freight rates keep surging week by week.
