Like competitors Maersk and CMA CGM, MSC is pursuing a strategy of achieving net zero CO2 emissions in 2050. Fuels such as LNG, methanol and ammonia are all potential candidates, while the carrier expects to increase the use of biofuels in coming years. Updated.
