Shipowner MPC Container Ships raises its full-year guidance to aim for revenue of USD 597-585m and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciations and amortizations (EBITDA) of USD 470-490m.

According to a financial statement, these higher expectations are due to significant progress made during the first half of the year for MPC, and that rates looks set to remain high throughout the year.
