Major shareholder divests remaining shares in MPC Container Ships

In a block sale, Star Spike Limited has sold approximately 10 percent of equities in MPC Container Ships, bringing in NOK 785m. Star Spike, which in March completed another major equity sale, has thus divested its entire stake in the shipowner.

Star Spike Limited, which is controlled by Star Capital Partnership, has through a block sale sold off roughly 10 percent of equities in shipowner MPC Container Ships, thereby landing NOK 785m (USD 74m), according to a stock exchange announcement on Wednesday.
