MSC continues purchase spree of secondhand ships

The world’s largest container liner has not slowed down its pace of buying used tonnage, even though freight demand has plunged. New vessel purchases serve as illustration, writes Alphaliner.

MSC, which has long since distanced itself from Maersk as the world’s largest container shipping company, continues to expand its already growing fleet.
