MSC holds enough shares to secure entry into HHLA

The way is clear for the shipping company to become a co-owner and strategic partner of the Hamburg’s largest terminal operator, HHLA.

The world’s largest container shipping company, Italian-Swiss MSC, and the City of Hamburg have now jointly acquired so many shares in the Port of Hamburg’s largest operator, HHLA, that they can secure full control of all shares in the company.
