Maersk and Hapag-Lloyd's alliance cuts off direct calls to major ports in Asia

Several major Asian countries will no longer be serviced by direct port calls starting from February next year. Maersk highlights benefits for customers.

Asian countries like Japan, South Korea, Vietnam and Taiwan will no longer have direct calls on the important Far East-Europe trade when Maersk and Hapag-Lloyd launch their new alliance in less than a year.
