Suez to attract container carriers with big discount
The Suez Canal authorities will lower tolls by 30 percent for a period of time for container vessels on specific routes, writes media Ship & Bunker.

The Suez Canal will offer reduced tolls for several container ships between May and June, informs the canal authority according to Ship & Bunker. Container vessels which sail from the port of New York and the southern ports toward Port Kelang in Malaysia and the country's eastern ports can look forward to a discount of up to 30 percent on the channel.
