
South Korea's Hyundai Merchant Marine (HMM) has taken a step closer to acquiring parts of its collapsed competitor Hanjin Shipping.
According to several Korean media, including Korea Herald, HMM has hired the global consultant agency A.T. Kearney to assist in the strategy work with tasks including the identification of which parts of Hanjin are healthy and, as such, candidates for acquisition.
