Seaspan lost USD 184 million in the third quarter

The major Canadian container shipowner suffered a big deficit in the third quarter due to massive impairments on smaller vessels. Revenues grew and the company is positive about the prospects going forward.

In the third quarter, Canadian Seaspan achieved a revenue of USD 224 million, up from USD 212 million in the third quarter last year.
