According to VesselsValue, the ailing owner of container ships stands to gain more from selling its entire fleet instead of keeping the vessels operational.

The value of container vessels owned by listed Rickmers Maritime Trust in Singapore has dropped below the price that the shipowner could earn on the vessels if they were sold to scrap, according to VesselsValue.
