Captain deemed responsible in El Faro wreck

It was mainly misjudgments made by the captain that led to the El Faro sinking in a wreck two years ago that resulted in the death of the 33 crew members, concludes a new report about the wreck published by the US Coast Guard.

On Sunday, Oct. 1, exactly two years after the wreck, the US Coast Guard published an accident report about then incident that claimed the lives of all crew members.
