Teekay establishes gas pool and withdraws from Norwegian partnership

Teekay LNG withdraws its vessels from pool Norgas, operated by Norway's I.M. Skaugen. The Canadian carrier will operate the vessels in its own new pool.

Canada's Teekay LNG Partners has launched a new pool for gas tanker vessels. Under the banner Multigas Pool, the carrier will operate ethylene gas tankers and smaller LNG vessels, informs Teekay in a press release.
