Tight chemical market continued in fourth quarter for Stolt Tankers

The chemical tanker market continued to pressure Stolt Tankers in the fourth quarter of 2018. CEO Niels G. Stolt-Nielsen, who had predicted a tight 2019, is a cautious optimist. Although several items will need to first fall into place.

2018's chemical tanker market was rough on Stolt Tankers, a part of Norwegian Stolt-Nielsen Limited, whose declining revenue continued through the year's final quarter, the carrier informs Thursday in its financial report for both the fourth quarter and the full year of 2018.
