Epic Gas, of which BW Group now owns a majority stake, appoints Andreas Sohmen-Pao as new chairman. And the gas shipping company also reports a deficit for the first quarter.

Andreas Sohmen-Pao takes over as chairman of Epic Gas, in which BW Group has acquired a stake of almost 83 percent, says the gas shipping company in a statement that comes in relation to its unaudited earnings report for the quarter.
