Commodity trader Gunvor demands damages from Torm and Valero in a case about 300,000 barrels of the petroleum product naphta. According to the commodity trader, the product was contaminated.

Swiss commodity trader Gunvor sues Torm and Valero in a case that revolves around an allegedly off-spec cargo.

According to Gunvor, both the Danish tanker carrier and the US oil company breached their contract in a trade with petrochemical naphta, show court documents issued to a court in Houston.
