Media: South Korea to send destroyer to Strait of Hormuz

South Korea will contribute to the US mission to protect tanker ships from Iran, reports South Korean media.

South Korea is planning to send a fleet unit to the Strait of Hormuz in the Middle East in an effort to help protect oil tanker vessels, reports South Korean daily Maekyung on Monday citing an anonymous government source.
