Euronav finishes 2019 with USD 160 million profit

Belgian tanker shipping company Euronav reports a profit of USD 160 million for the fourth quarter. The shipping company benefited from the highest tanker rates since 2008.

The highest tanker rates since 2008 boost Belgian tanker shipping company Euronav.

In the last three months of 2008, Euronav made USD 160 million after taxes. This pushes Euronav's combined result for the year to USD 118 million, compared to a deficit of USD 110 million for 2018.
