Nordic American Tankers orders two new ships

Nordic American Tankers orders two new suezmax vessels from Samsung Heavy Industries in South Korea. The ships are expected delivered in 2022.

Bermuda-based Nordic American Tankers, NAT, has ordered two new ships set to be built in South Korea.

Specifically, the company has ordered two suezmax vessels, which will bring the company's combined fleet of this ship type to 25. The ships will be built by Samsung Heavy Industries and are set for delivery in 2022.
