
Norwegian Knutsen and Japanese Nippon Yusen Kaisha, NYK, come together in a joint venture, which will be transporting liquefied CO2.
The company will be named Knutsen NYK Carbon Carriers, or KNCC, and the two companies will each own 50 percent, the partners write in an announcement.
