US blacklists 11 tanker vessels part of network carrying Iranian oil

The US Treasury Department has added 11 tanker ships to the nation’s sanctions list. The vessels are part of a network transporting Iranian oil into global markets, according to authorities.

Due to suspicions involving shipments of Iranian oil, seven crude oil tankers and four product tanker vessels have been added to the US sanctions list, informs the US Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
