Qatari gas carrier orders six new vessels

Doha-based carrier Nakilat places orders for six large gas carriers with South Korean shipyard Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries.

Gas carrier Nakilat is expanding its fleet with six large vessels through a new agreement with South Korean shipyard, Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries, according to a statement from the partners, which does not mention a price for the vessels.
