Scorpio portends second quarter deficit

A review of Scorpio's expected shareholder dividends indicates a second quarter deficit for the carrier.

The expansive American tanker carrier Scorpio Tankers has issued a statement about its expected shareholder dividends. The gain per share is expected to be negative, in the range of USD 0.00 to 0.04 per share. Thus the carrier expects a deficit.

The expected result for the second quarter this year includes a profit that comes from Dorian LPG, in which Scorpio Tankers owns a stake.
