Torm replaces entire board of directors

Torm has replaced its board of directors. Read on to learn who have been nominated to take over the seats. One name in particular is a familiar face in shipping.

Torm has published the names of the new members on the carrier's board of directors, which will handle the overall management of the restructured company. The announcement came on Monday in an invitation for the carrier's extraordinary General Assembly, scheduled for August 25th.
