Evergas has just placed an order for four newbuildings with an option for another two. The vessels will sail with ethylene and ethane, says the carrier in press release.
The ships are classified as Ineosmax and have a capacity of 32,000 cubic meters of liquefied product. Compared to previous vessel deliveries with similar dimensions, which had a capacity of 27,500 cubic meters, these newbuildings are characterized by an optimized tank design and an altered ship layout.
