Sovcomflot's earnings plunged in the first half of 2017

Earnings at Russian tanker carrier Sovcomflot plunged in the first half of the year with a net profit of USD 15.2 million, compared to USD 166 million in the same period last year, shows Sovcomflot's half-year financial report, released Wednesday.
