Hapag-Lloyd buys 3,700 containers from Maersk

Germany's Hapag-Lloyd has bought 3,700 refrigerated containers from Maersk Container Industry to bolster the increased demand for reefer products. The containers are being built in China and Chile, says MCI.

In the battle for the booming market for refrigerated container goods, Hapag-Lloyd has ordered 3,700 refrigerated containers from Maersk's container manufacturer Maersk Container Industry (MCI), informs the German carrier.
