Trafigura kicks off large-scale newbuild program

Commodity trader Trafigura has kicked off a large newbuild program totaling 35 tanker vessels. The ships will be delivered from yards in South Korea and China ahead of 2019.

Swiss-based Trafigura just taken delivery of the first ship in a large-scale newbuild program for a total of 35 tanker vessels, says the commodity trader in a press release.
