Shipping line CMA CGM merges logistics company MacAndrews and feeder line Containerships under one name. The merger is expected to bring synergies and is part of the group's strategy to service the whole supply chain of its customers.

French liner company CMA CGM has decided to merge two of its subsidiaries in order to create synergies and commercial growth.

Logistics company MacAndrews will be placed under feeder line Containerships, so that the two will operate as one company, informs CMA CGM.
