Stena has said farewell to 1,400 employees in 2020

Sweden's Stena AB, which covers among other things ferry operations and tanker, has said farewell to around 1,400 employees in 2020. This is revealed in an interim report which shows that the company's net loss came close to SEK 1 billion in the third quarter.

Major Swedish shipping group Stena AB has so far said goodbye to around 1,400 employees in 2020.

This is clear from the interim report for the third quarter of 2020, in which Stena most recently saw a big dive on its top and bottom lines, with a deficit of close to SEK 1 billion (USD 118.5 million) after taxes.
