The vaccination of the world's seafarers is lagging behind tremendously, according to new figures from the Neptune Declaration, which was established last year to solve the major challenges in the ongoing crew crisis resulting from the global pandemic.
So far, only 15.3 percent of the seafarers from ten ship managers have been vaccinated according to an announcement Thursday.
