Höegh Autoliners acquires RoRo ship for USD 53m

RoRo carrier Höegh Autoliners acquires vessel Höegh Tracer, which the company has been chartering from Ocean Yield since its construction in 2016.

Höegh Autoliners has made use of a purchase option on pure car and truck carrier (PCTC) Höegh Tracer, which the company will take over from shipowner Ocean Yield for a price of USD 53.2m, the RoRo company writes in a press release.
