Stena Line postpones goal of higher female representation among managers

Due to a 2022 marked by cutbacks affecting the number of female employees, Swedish Stena Line has had to postpone a declared target of more women among company managers.

Swedish carrier Stena Line has postponed a goal of women representing at least a third of all management positions prior to the end of 2022, the company informs ShippingWatch, pointing to cutbacks following the pandemic as a primary reason.
