Russian carrier and 22 ships added to US sanctions lists
Among other things, the carrier has been ”facilitating shipments of materials to Arctic construction sites,” states the US Department of State.
On the one-year anniversary for the war in Ukraine, the US has announced a number of additions to its sanctions lists targeting Russia.
