Report: Women and minorities still outnumbered in shipping offices

Over 60% of shipping office managers are white, and employees want to see more tangible improvements for diversity, survey shows.

The gender balance in the land-based shipping industry is improving, but you still have to look far and wide for women in managerial positions. The number of women in technical positions has decreased.
