Russian tankers leave India with cargo after payment problems

In addition to payment issues, the lack of delivered oil cargo is due to sanctions on Russian oil.

Several tankers have been stationary off India with Russian oil in the cargo, but are now on their way away from the country as disputes have arisen over payment to Moscow, Bloomberg reports.
