Saverys family makes mandatory bid for all shares in Euronav

The Saverys family’s company, Compagnie Maritime Belge (CMB), has submitted the mandatory bid to acquire all the shares in tanker shipping company Euronav, which it is merging with its tech company CMB.Tech.
