Baltimore claims shipowner is responsible for bridge collapse

According to the mayor and city council of Baltimore, both the ship’s owner and manager were aware of the deficiencies on board.

Both the ship owner and manager must be held accountable for the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, which resulted in extensive damage and six deaths, according to attorneys for the Baltimore mayor and city council in a court document.
