Roland Andersen steps down as Torm CFO

One of the leading figures and active participants in carrying out the restructuring process at Torm, the shipping company's CFO Roland Andersen, has decided to step down.

CFO and member of the Executive Board at Torm, Roland M. Andersen, has tendered his resignation today, writes Torm in a brief to the Copenhagen Stock Exchange. He will continue his executive duties and will "leave the Company latest by the end of October 2013."
