Maersk: Governments should secure enforcement of SOx rule

The governments in the ECA zone must put forward rules for how to manage the shipping companies who do not live up the coming SOx regulations, says Maersk Drilling CEO Claus V. Hemmingsen at the Nor-Shipping conference.
