Competitive authority looking into DFDS' golden route
"Office of fair trading is evaluating whether this agreement has resulted in the establishment of a merger that falls under the paragraph of the 2002 Entreprise Act, and whether, if it does, this has resulted in or is expected to result in a significant reduction of competition in any market or markets for goods and services in Great Britain," states the authority in a brief dated June 28th.
