Dan-Bunkering reaches settlement with supplier

Bunker company Dan-Bunkering has reached a settlement with fuel supplier Chemoil Corporation in a case that began in 2008.

Five years after bunker company Dan-Bunkering filed a case against supplier Chemoil Corporation, the case now seems to be closed. According to Ship & Bunker, the two parties reached a settlement just prior to the case's first appearance before the court.

"Late yesterday (Monday), the parties reached a settlement, which means that the case will not go before the court," said Dan-Bunkering CEO Henrik Zederkof.
