Analysts praise Maersk results

The Maersk Group's results for the 3rd quarter 2013 is praised by renowned analyst bureaus Fearnley and Platou.

The Maersk Group achieved a 3rd quarter profit of USD 1.2 billion, a significant improvement from the USD 934 million in the same period last year. And this development is described as "strong" and "impressive" by pace-setting shipping analysts Fearnley and Platou.

The two analysts point out that the Maersk Group was able to fully comply with analyst expectations, and Platou even adds that the Group's result surpassed the market consensus.
