Stakeholders in container merger ownership dispute

It looks like a 70-30 divide in favor of Hapag-Lloyd in merger with Chilean CSAV, but a German magazine reports that a major stakeholder is calling for a bigger ownership share to the German container carrier.

A 70-30 ownership distribution in Hapag-Lloyd's favor is the key point of contention in the merger negotiations between the German container carrier and Chilean CSAV. A merger that could create the 4th largest container carrier in the world after Maersk Line, MSC, and CMA CGM, in that order.
