Canal dispute will be settled in April

The British Competition Commission will review Eurotunnel's ferry operations on the English Channel once more. The company's entry onto the Channel ferry market has put DFDS under pressure.

The UK competition authority BCC, the British Competition Commission, will publish a preliminary ruling already by the end of next month concerning Eurotunnel's ferry activities on the English Channel, in anticipation of reaching a final verdict in April, says DFDS in a brief to the stock exchange on Thursday about the BCC schedule and process. The statement underlines how important the case is to DFDS.
