Epic Gas rapidly expanding

Epic Gas in Singapore continues to expand with another two newbuildings, bringing the company's fleet to a total of 38 vessels.

Singapore-based gas carrier Epic Gas, which is headed by Danish CEO Lars Vang Christensen, has exercised an option for two additional 11,000 cubic meter gas vessels from Japanese Kyokuyo Shipyard Corporation. The announcement of the two additional newbuildings, set for delivery in 2016 and 2017, follows an order for two similar ships in December 2013.
