DFDS: Preliminary Channel ruling on Friday
On Friday, March 21st, the British Competition Commission will present a new and preliminary ruling in the case concerning Eurotunnel's ferry operations on the English Channel - a matter that has placed DFDS in a protracted and costly price war.

The British Competition Commission (BCC) will present a preliminary ruling on Friday, March 21st, stating whether it was within the BCC's legal jurisdiction to reach a verdict when the Commission last summer barred Eurotunnel from operating ferries on the English Channel, where the company is in direct competition with DFDS, says the Danish carrier in a press release issued yesterday, Wednesday.
