Maersk sells offshore company Danbor

The Maersk Group sells offshore service and logistics company Danbor to Norsea Group. The sales process is expected completed by April 30th.

Maersk has reached an agreement with Norsea Group concerning the divestment of Danbor's core activities in offshore logistics and services for the wind and oil and gas industries. The sales process is expected to be completed by April 30th 2014, says Maersk in a press release.
