
The Britisk Competition and Markets Authority, CMA, has on Friday confirmed its decision to ban Groupe Eurotunnel from operating ferries on the English Channel out of Dover, according to a statement on the authority's website.
The decision was expected, and DFDS can be pleased that the CMA has decided to maintain its earlier ruling from June 2013, thus barring the major tunnel operator Eurotunnel from operating ferries between Dover and Calais through subsidiary MyFerryLink.
